The foundation

Two numbers run the plan

Every product carries a PV and a BV. Together they decide your bonus level and how much you are paid.

PV

Point Value

A point score on every product. Add up your group's PV each month to find your Performance Bonus bracket - from 3% to 25%.

BV

Business Volume

A monetary value on every product. Your bonus is BV × your bracket % - what your cheque is actually calculated from.

The more Group PV your organisation moves in a month, the higher the percentage on your Group BV.

Differential: when a partner in your team reaches their own bracket, they keep their %, and you earn the difference between your % and theirs on their volume.
